Essence of the object without uncovering of the main substance of "know how"
Having analyzed the existing capillary-porous bodies impregnation technologies based on several stages of capillary filling by means of impregnation composition our specialists find non-traditional methods of the processes intensification. New impregnation methods are designed for active component porous bodies filling its uniform distribution on the inner pellet surface and deep impregnation regulation. The phenomenon of separate capillary-porous bodies pores individual vacuum treatment at the expense of their thermocondense effect combined with inert gas phase desorption serves as its basis. These results can be achieved due to special treatment of impregnated bodies immediately prior to contact with impregnating composition. There is no need in equipment's replacement or considerable reconstruction .It allows to get a considerable technical and economical effect.
The thermocondense way of impregnation is controlled process and assumes uniform distribution of a impregnative liquid in a structure of a capillary-porous material at opportunity of regulation of quantity of absorbed substance. Besides a time of thermocondense processing in connection with a speed of processes is considerably reduced, the reduction of a time of processing can reach 50 % from a time necessary for usual technologies, based on use of preliminary high vacuum or high pressure.
A feature of new technology of impregnation is a constant concentration of impregnation solution, connected with absence of a selective sorption after immersing of a material in a liquid.
2. The level of realization of the object in the industry. The way of saturation of capillary-porous bodies was tested during impregnation of a wood (in particular, of railway sleepers). Opportunity of uniform distribution of an active component irrespective of the form of a carrier is shown at impregnation of the catalytic carriers, at impregnation of fibrous materials, etc. The inculcation of new technology in the majority of cases is possible on the base equipment of the manufacture without its replacement or reconstruction.
3. The main technical and economical results of realizations. Factor of increase of a depth of impregnation, depending on breed of a wood has made 1.7-2.2 at some reduction of absorbed antiseptic quantity. Also it is shown the possibility of the regulation of the substance quantity that was laid on the body surface by means of technological receptions from 2 up to 25 %.
At impregnation of fibrous materials has managed to increase quantity of a component that was laid on the body surface up to 30 %, as well as to supply significant improvement of penetration of the high vicious structures inwards of filaments of a material.
The single-stage coal-graphite blanks impregnation process, leaves no doubt in its difference on principle from the existing methods. The developed flexible modular block allows expenditures and products cost price reduction; main technological equipment intensity growth; considerable reduction of environment pollution level.
By results of conducted researches and industrial experience the equipment designs of installations of impregnation of catalytic carriers and glass fibrous were developed.
4. Desired forms of the exit in the west market of high technologies. We are looking for a foreign partner for foundation of a joint scientific laboratory working out the effective capillary-porous materials treatment methods. We are having at our disposal highly effective coal graphite materials impregnation methods, glass and coal clothes impregnation by resins, treatment of paper, extracting coffee, oil from plant seeds, production composition materials.
