Essence of the object without uncovering of the main substance of "know how"
The insurance of flexibility due to control automatization and all-purpose equipment use is characteristic feature of many flexible systems.Flexible chemical industrial systems are not able for principally new approach to creating complicated chemical technological systems which consists in providing with high values of inner and outer flexibility at the expense of equal flexibility of all the system constituents: technology, equipment and control.
The creating of new effective productions of small tonnage multi-nomenclature chemistry or their technological rearmament is possibly only on the basis of flexible chemical equipment comprising flexible engineering, flexible installations and flexible system of technological processes.
Only one constituent absence makes impossible creating flexible industrial system. A complex approach to the creation of complicated chemical engineering systems based on simultaneous use of traditional and newly developed regime-technological and apparatus-design methods of flexibility insurance (among them at the expense of modular principle while ganging up chemical technological apparatuses of individual blocks unified modules.
2. The level of realization of the object in the industry is testing and partial inculcating in production at the chemical plants of the FSU. The developed insurance flexibility methods and principles have been used in production: monocarboxilic acids amides (dymethylformamide, dymethylacetamide), o-toluic acid, production of 1,4-dioxan, using dehydration of diethyleneglycal,etc.
3. The main technical and economical results of realizations and testing showed that this equipment and technologies allow to reach significant ecological and economical effects.
4. Desired forms of the exit in the west market of high technologies. We search for the business partners for joint activity on mutual beneficial conditions.
