CONVERTER OF A VOLTAGE'S
PULSING TO POWER SUPPLIES OF ELECTRIC FILTER
1.SUMMARY
Essence of the object without uncovering of the
main substance of "know how"
- It is shown, that the modulating of voltage for power supply
of electric filter by pulse permits to increase capacity of a crown in the
some times, that results in reduction of a dust waste and smog in 1.5-3.0
times in depending on features of technological process and conditions of the
electric filter. The basic difference of the technical decision from the
similar decisions, offered in advanced countries, is high speed of increase of
the forward front of an voltage impulse, that provides additional effects.
Equipment for clearing of departing gases of a dust, oxides of a sulfur,
oxides of a nitrogen and oxides of a carbon was designed on the base of
electric filters with pulsing power supply voltage. In 50 % of technologies of
clearing of industrial gas pollution electric filters with constant voltage
are used. As a rule, after them do not put additional devices for sorption of
sulfur oxides, oxides of nitrogen, carbon in particular at large volumes of
gas pollution. It is known use of electric filters with the duration of
pulses, lying in a nanosecond range gives efficiency of sulfur oxides sorption
65-70%, reduction of a dust pollution in atmosphere in 1.5-3.0 times. It
permits to use electric filter in quality of the reactor, capable to devour a
dust simultaneously with gas components also.

3. The level of realization of the object
in the industry is testing and partial inculcating in production.
4. The main technical and economical
results of realizations. Use of pulsing voltage converters permits to
increase efficiency of clearing of gases from a dust, to improve conditions of
shaking of filters at the expense of reduction of adhesive forces in a pulsing
crown, to reduce of the energy consumption in 2-3 times at the expense of
reduction of average current, and at availability in departing gases of a oxygen
and absorber after dry electric filter the converter permits to increase the
sorption efficiency of oxides. At the price of a pulsing converter $2000 it pays
back self in current of 5 months only at the expense of direct economies of the
electric power. The voltage converters can be used also for increase of sorption
efficiency of oxides in wet electric filters and electric absorbers. A profit on
one converter on estimated accounts makes about $1000. The requirement for such
modernization only in Ukraine of the order of 500 objects. A necessary seed
capital - $300.000.
