Essence of the object without uncovering of the main substance of "know how"
Acoustic contact devices for mass-transfer apparatuses first, of all at ecological aims are designed. Low-frequency acoustic units autovibrations favour the formation of numerous generation centers in interaction phases flow that ensures: constructions simplicity, reliability, low power; intensity and durability of mass-transfer processes is increasing.
The developed units know-how consists in definite vibration parameters representation causing interphase surface boundary lager perturbations.
Acoustic contact devices for mass-transfer apparatuses are successfully applied in absorption, chemosorption, rectifying processes and in industrial and wastewater ozonization units. Apparatus for wastewater purification of soluble organic compounds and heavy metal ions and new gas-liquid apparatus with interaction phase design based on self-excited oscillation equipment have been created.
2. The level of realization of the object in the industry is testing and partial inculcating in productions as ecological equipment for complete water purification of contaminants (phenols, cyanides, anilines, etc); water disinfection rodanides, decolourization, deodorization and its taste improvement.
3. The main technical and economical results of realizations and testing showed that this equipment and technologies allow to reach significant ecological and economical effects because of increasing of mass-transfer processes intensity in 1.5-4 times.
4. Desired forms of the exit in the west market of high technologies. We search for the business partners for joint activity on mutual beneficial conditions.
